Please note that these terms are designed to comply with UK consumer legislation, including the **Consumer Rights Act 2015** and the **Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013**.

2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (The "Cooling-Off" Period)
Under **Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013**, the standard 14-day statutory right to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
No Right to Change Your Mind: Because our products are Custom Goods, you do not have an automatic right to cancel your order or claim a refund if you simply change your mind, realise you made a mistake, or no longer want the item.
Cancellations Before Production: We may allow cancellations or modifications within a strict window which will be prior to proofs being submitted for approval, normally within 24 hours of order placement. Once production has physically commenced, cancellations are entirely at our discretion and may incur a fee to cover wasted materials.
3. Prices, Payments, and No Hidden Fees
Active Consent: In accordance with UK regulations, the total price shown at checkout is final. We will never use pre-ticked boxes for additional services, insurance, or hidden fees.
Payment: Payment must be made in full via our secure payment gateways at the time of placing your order.
4. Delivery and Passing of Risk
Delivery Timeline: Unless a specific date is agreed upon, under UK law we must deliver your goods without undue delay and no later than **30 days** from the day after your order is placed.
Production vs. Transit: Please remember that bespoke items require production time before they are handed to the courier. Estimated delivery dates given at checkout are guidelines, not absolute guarantees.
Passing of Risk: The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you as a consumer as soon as the goods are physically delivered to your specified address or left in a safe place designated by you.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
While you do not have the right to return items due to a change of mind, you retain full protection under the **Consumer Rights Act 2015** if your Custom Goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
Our Quality Standard: We warrant that the goods will match the digital description/proof provided, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for their intended purpose.
What Counts as a Fault: A fault includes manufacturing defects, damage sustained during shipping, or a clear misprint where the product does not match the exact specifications you submitted. Itdoes not include typos made by you or slight colour variations caused by differences in computer screen calibrations.
Your Timeframes to Reject Faulty Goods:
Within 30 Days of Delivery: If your goods arrive faulty or broken, you have a statutory right to reject them and claim a full refund. Alternatively, you can request a replacement.
Up to 6 Months: If a fault develops within the first 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. If we cannot successfully repair or replace the item, you are then entitled to a full or partial refund.
How to Report a Fault: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. To report a fault, email us at sales@l-lcreations.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. We will cover any reasonable return postage costs for verified faulty items.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Indemnity
Your Submissions: By uploading text or artwork, you guarantee that you own the copyright or possess a valid legal license to use that material. You retain ownership of your designs.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us against any legal claims, expenses, or damages resulting from third-party claims that your custom submission infringes a copyright, trademark, or patent.
