Each tumbler is designed and personalised by us in our own L&L studio.

✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Upload a clear photograph of your dog.

2. Choose your preferred #vibes Pup Love design/style.

3. Choose your accent colour from the options available.

4. Enter your dog's name or personalised wording, where required.
5. Tell us anything else about your dog's personality or the look you'd like us to create.

6. Check everything carefully before adding your tumbler to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality original photograph available, ideally with your dog's face, colouring and distinctive markings clearly visible.

If we spot anything that could affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Your dog's personality is what makes this design special, so we want to make sure you're happy before we personalise your tumbler.

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until you're happy with the final artwork.

We won't begin personalising your tumbler until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished tumbler.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised tumbler in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your tumbler to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

🐾 GIVE YOUR TUMBLER A LITTLE TLC

A little TLC will help keep your personalised tumbler looking its best.

Hand washing is recommended using warm water and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners and take a little extra care around the personalised design.

Allow all parts to dry thoroughly before storing.
