✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Upload a clear photograph of each dog you'd like included.

2. Enter each dog's name exactly as you'd like it to appear.
3. Choose your preferred wording from the options provided, where applicable.
4. Tell us about any colours or additional design details you'd like included.

5. Check everything carefully before adding your bottle to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality original photographs available, ideally with your dogs' faces, colouring and distinctive markings clearly visible.

If we spot anything that could affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Before we personalise your bottle, we want to make sure you're happy!

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until you're happy with the final artwork.

We won't begin personalising your bottle until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished bottle.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised bottle in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your bottle to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

🐾 GIVE YOUR BOTTLE A LITTLE TLC

Your personalised bottle deserves a little TLC to help keep it looking its best.

Hand wash only using warm water and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners and take a little extra care around the personalised design.

Allow the bottle and lid to dry thoroughly before storing.

Because personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, our usual returns conditions may be a little different.

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different! Because of this, colours on your finished item may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
