Personalised Scentwork Handler & Dog Mug

Powered by coffee, treats and a slightly unhealthy obsession with scentwork. ☕🐾😂

Celebrate the wonderfully addictive world of scentwork with a mug created especially for you and your dog.

Choose the scentwork slogan that best describes your current training era, then send us your photographs and we'll create a personalised illustration of your handler-and-dog team for the other side, complete with your names.

Each mug is designed and personalised by us in our own L&L studio.

✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Choose your mug size from the options provided.
2. Choose your scentwork slogan or select Custom Wording.
3. Upload clear photographs of you and your dog.

4. Enter your names exactly as you'd like them to appear.
5. Add any additional design ideas or instructions you'd like us to know.

6. Check everything carefully before adding your mug to your basket.

For the best results, please send us the highest-quality original photographs available.

Clear, eye-level photographs taken in good natural light are ideal, particularly where important facial features and your dog's colouring and markings are easy to see.

If we spot anything that could affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Before we personalise your mug, we want to make sure you're happy!

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until you're happy with the final artwork.

We won't begin personalising your mug until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished mug.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised mug in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your mug to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️
