Personalised Festive Family Christmas Mug

Your family. Christmas style. With just a little festive chaos thrown in. 🎅🎄❤️

Make Christmas that little bit more magical with a personalised mug starring your own family, pets, or a mixture of both!

Send us your favourite photographs and we'll transform your chosen characters into a festive Christmas scene, complete with Santa hats, elf outfits, Christmas accessories and plenty of seasonal fun.

Whether it's the children, the dogs, or the entire slightly chaotic household, we'll create something completely personal to you.

Each mug is designed and personalised by us in our own L&L studio.

✨ MADE JUST FOR YOU

These aren't random Christmas characters. They're your favourite people and pets, given a festive makeover. ❤️

Upload your photographs and tell us who you'd like included. We'll use them to create personalised Christmas artwork and bring everyone together into one festive scene.

Keep our Merry Christmas wording or choose your own festive greeting to make the finished mug completely yours.

Once we've created your artwork, we'll send you a digital proof so you can see how everything has come together before we personalise your mug.

🎅 CREATE YOUR FESTIVE FAMILY

This is where the Christmas fun begins!

Choose who you'd like us to include and we'll give them their festive makeover.

Your design can feature:

• Children
• Dogs and other pets
• A mixture of family and pets
• Santa-inspired characters
• Christmas elves
• Festive outfits and accessories
• Names
• Your own Christmas greeting
• Festive background details

Whether you're creating one for yourself, a grandparent, or someone who knows full well that the dogs absolutely count as the children, we'll make the design personal to your family. 😂❤️

✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Upload clear photographs of everyone you'd like included.
2. Tell us who is who, so we know which photograph belongs to each person or pet.
3. Add any names you'd like incorporated.
4. Keep our Merry Christmas wording or enter your own festive greeting.
5. Tell us about any festive character, outfit, colour or additional design preferences.
6. Check everything carefully before adding your mug to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality original photographs available, ideally with faces clearly visible and, for pets, their colouring and distinctive markings easy to see.

If we spot anything that could affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Before your festive family makes it onto the finished mug, we want to make sure you're happy!

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until the artwork is just right.

We won't begin personalising your mug until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished mug.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised mug in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your mug to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

Christmas gets rather busy around here, so we'd always recommend ordering as early as you can! 🎄

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

☕ CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Dishwasher: No
Microwave: No
Washing: Hand wash in warm, soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge.
A little extra care: Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to help keep your personalised design looking its best. ❤️

↩️ PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS

Because personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, our usual returns conditions may be a little different.

Please take a moment to check our full Returns Policy before ordering, where you'll find all the details about personalised items, as well as what to do if your order arrives faulty or damaged.

🎨 COLOURS

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different! Because of this, colours on your finished item may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

❓ NOT QUITE SURE?

Trying to work out how to fit three children, two dogs and the cat into one Christmas scene? 😂 Or perhaps you've got the photographs but haven't got a clue what you want everyone wearing?

Just get in touch before ordering. We're always happy to chat through your ideas and let you know what's possible. ❤️
