✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Upload clear photographs of each pet you'd like included.

2. Tell us who is who so we can match names and photographs correctly.
3. Enter each pet's name exactly as you'd like it to appear.
4. Tell us your preferred festive character, outfit or style for each pet.
5. Choose your Christmas wording or select Custom Wording.
6. Add any colours, accessories or additional design details you'd like incorporated.

7. Check everything carefully before adding your tote to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality original photographs available, ideally with your pets' faces, colouring and distinctive markings clearly visible.

If there are particular markings, collars, harnesses or other details that are important to you, please let us know.

If we spot anything that could affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Before your festive furry family makes it onto the finished tote, we want to make sure you're happy!

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until the artwork is just right.

We won't begin personalising your tote until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished bag.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised tote in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your bag to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

Christmas gets rather busy around here, so we'd always recommend ordering as early as you can! 🎄

📦 DELIVERY

Once complete, your order will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

👜 GIVE YOUR TOTE A LITTLE TLC

Cleaning: Gently spot clean using a soft, damp cloth.

Washing: Follow the care instructions supplied for your chosen tote.

Drying: Allow to dry naturally and completely before storing.

A little extra care: Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing directly over the personalised design to help keep it looking its festive best.

Because personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, our usual returns conditions may be a little different.

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different! Because of this, colours on your finished item may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
