Send us your favourite photos of your dog, cat, rabbit or other much-loved pets and we'll turn them into custom illustrations created especially for you, before bringing them together in our Heart & Wings design on your very own personalised hoodie.

Each pet is featured inside their own heart, complete with their name, creating a completely unique design centred around the animals who mean the most to you.

Each hoodie is designed, personalised and finished by us in our own L&L studio in Blairgowrie, Scotland.

This isn't a generic pet hoodie. The artwork starts with your pets.

Upload your favourite photographs and we'll create personalised illustrations based on the photos you provide before arranging them within the Heart & Wings design.

Each pet's name can be added to the design, making the finished hoodie completely personal to you.

Once we've created your artwork, we'll send you a digital proof so you can check the design and ask for changes before we personalise your hoodie.

❤️ THE HEART & WINGS DESIGN

Your pets are individually illustrated from the photographs you provide and placed within the heart arrangement shown.

Their names are then incorporated into the finished artwork to create a design that's completely unique to your own little pack.

The wings add something a little special to the design and can mean whatever you want them to mean. Whether you're celebrating the pets currently sharing your sofa, remembering one who is no longer beside you, or bringing them all together in one design, this hoodie is yours to make personal. ❤️

📏 SIZE GUIDE

Our standard hoodies are available from XS to 5XL. Please use the chest-to-fit measurements below to help choose the best size.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Your hoodie is sourced and personalised especially for you, so please make sure you're happy with your chosen size before placing your order.

✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Choose your hoodie size.
2. Choose your hoodie colour.
3. Choose the number of pets you'd like included.
4. Upload a clear photograph of each pet.
5. Enter each pet's name exactly as you'd like it to appear.
6. Add any additional design ideas or instructions you'd like us to know.
7. Check everything carefully before adding your hoodie to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality original photographs available, ideally ones where each pet's face, colouring and distinctive markings can be seen clearly.

If we spot anything about your photographs that may affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Your pets are one of a kind, so we want to make sure you're happy with their artwork before we personalise your hoodie!

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until you're happy with the final artwork.

We won't begin personalising your hoodie until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of your artwork rather than a photograph of the finished hoodie.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised hoodie in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your hoodie to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

👕 GIVE YOUR HOODIE A LITTLE TLC

A little care will help keep your personalised hoodie looking its best. ❤️

Washing: Machine wash at 30°C. Turn your hoodie inside out before washing to give the personalised design a little extra protection.

Bleach: Do not bleach.

Drying: Tumble dry on low heat.

Ironing: Cool iron only. Do not iron directly over the personalised design.

Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different!

Because of this, colours on your finished hoodie may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
