Personalised Rainbow Bridge Pet Memorial Plaque

A special place to remember a very special friend. 🌈🐾❤️

Losing a pet means losing a member of the family, and sometimes having something tangible to remember them by can mean so much.

Our personalised Rainbow Bridge Memorial Plaque is created using your favourite photograph of your pet, bringing together their image, name and memorial dates against a soft rainbow-inspired background.

Whether displayed somewhere quiet and personal or given as a thoughtful remembrance gift, each plaque is created with care and personalised by us in our own L&L studio.

🐾 CREATE YOUR TRIBUTE

Your memorial doesn't have to look exactly like anyone else's.

You can keep the design simple with your pet's photograph, name and dates, or add a few personal touches that mean something special to you.

If there's particular wording, a favourite colour, or another detail you'd like us to incorporate, please tell us when ordering.

We'll do our best to create something that feels right for your pet and your memories of them. ❤️

✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Upload your favourite photograph of your pet.

2. Enter your pet's name exactly as you'd like it to appear.
3. Add their memorial dates or years, if you'd like them included.
4. Add any personal wording or short message you'd like included.
5. Tell us about any colours or other details that are particularly meaningful.

6. Check all names, dates and wording carefully before adding your plaque to your basket.

For the best result, please upload the highest-quality original photograph available.

If we spot anything about the photograph that may affect the finished design, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

We understand that the little details really matter with something as personal as this.

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Please take your time looking over the photograph, name, dates and wording. If there's something you'd like changed, we'll work with you until you're happy with the final design.

We won't create your finished memorial plaque until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished plaque.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll carefully prepare your personalised memorial plaque in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your plaque to be created and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once complete, your memorial plaque will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

🐾 LOOKING AFTER YOUR MEMORIAL PLAQUE

Gently wipe your plaque with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth when needed.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture to help protect the glossy personalised surface.

↩️ PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS

Because personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, our usual returns conditions may be a little different.

Please take a moment to check our full Returns Policy before ordering, where you'll find all the details about personalised items, as well as what to do if your order arrives faulty or damaged.

🎨 COLOURS

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different. Because of this, colours on your finished memorial plaque may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

❓ NOT QUITE SURE?

If you're unsure which photograph to use, would like help with the wording, or have something particular in mind for your pet's memorial, please get in touch before ordering.

We're always happy to talk through your ideas and help you create something that feels right. ❤️
