Once we've created your artwork, you'll receive a digital proof so you can check everything and ask for adjustments before we personalise your cap.

1. Choose your cap colour from the available options.
2. Choose your artwork style.
3. Upload a clear photograph of your pet.

4. Select the number of pets you'd like included.
5. Add any additional instructions or little details you'd like us to know.

6. Check everything carefully before adding your cap to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality original photograph available, ideally one where your pet's face and markings can be seen clearly.

If we spot anything about your photograph that may affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Your pet is one of a kind, so we want to make sure you're happy with the artwork before it goes anywhere near your cap!

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or tell us what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you to adjust the artwork until you're happy with the final design.

We won't begin personalising your cap until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of your artwork rather than a photograph of the finished cap.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised cap in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your cap to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

🐾 GIVE YOUR CAP A LITTLE TLC

Adventures are encouraged. Chucking your personalised cap in the washing machine isn't. 😂

Sponge clean only to help protect both the cap and your personalised design.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Allow your cap to dry naturally and completely before storing.
