Send us your photographs and tell us a little about what you'd like to create. We'll bring everything together into a personalised design, incorporating names, wording, colours or other special details where required.

Once we've created the artwork, we'll send you a digital proof so you can see exactly how everything looks before we personalise your cushion.

✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Upload the photographs you'd like us to use.

2. Enter any names, dates or wording exactly as you'd like them to appear.
3. Tell us about any colours or design preferences you have.
4. Add any additional details that will help us understand what you'd like to create.

5. Check everything carefully before adding your cushion to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality original photographs available, ideally with important faces, features and details clearly visible.

If we spot anything that could affect the finished artwork, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Some photographs and memories are particularly special, so we want to make sure you're completely happy with your design before we create your cushion.

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until the artwork is just right.

We won't begin personalising your cushion until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished cushion.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised cushion in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your cushion to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

🐾 GIVE YOUR CUSHION A LITTLE TLC

Your personalised cushion deserves a little TLC to help keep it looking its best.

Spot clean or use a gentle cool machine wash where suitable, following the care label supplied with your cushion.

Avoid harsh detergents or bleach and make sure the cover is completely dry before using or storing.

Because personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, our usual returns conditions may be a little different.

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different! Because of this, colours on your finished item may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
