Some of our designs can also be coordinated with our L&L Scentwork tins, giving you matching equipment and handler gear.

Once we've created your artwork, we'll send you a digital proof so you can check everything before we personalise your T-shirt.

✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Choose your T-shirt size and colour from the available options.
2. Choose your scentwork design.

3. Enter your dog's name or personalised wording, where required.
4. Upload a photograph or artwork if your chosen option requires one.
5. Add any additional instructions you'd like us to know.

6. Check everything carefully before adding your T-shirt to your basket.

For designs using your own photograph or artwork, please upload the highest-quality original image available.

If we spot anything that could affect the finished design, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Before we personalise your T-shirt, we want to make sure you're happy!

We'll email your digital design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed.

You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until you're happy with the final design.

We won't begin personalising your T-shirt until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of the artwork rather than a photograph of the finished T-shirt.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised T-shirt in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your T-shirt to be personalised and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

👕 GIVE YOUR T-SHIRT A LITTLE TLC

A little care will help keep both your T-shirt and personalised design looking their best. ❤️

Washing: Machine wash at 30°C or below, with the T-shirt turned inside out. Wash with similar colours and use a mild detergent.

Bleach: Do not bleach or use harsh cleaning products on the garment.

Fabric Softener: For the best care of the DTF print, I'd recommend avoiding fabric softener.

Drying: Air drying is recommended where possible. If the garment care label allows tumble drying, use a low heat setting.

Ironing: Do not iron directly over the personalised design. If ironing is required, turn the T-shirt inside out and use a low temperature, providing this is permitted by the garment care label.

Dry Cleaning: Avoid dry cleaning to help protect the DTF print.

A little extra care: Always follow the garment's sewn-in care label where its instructions are more restrictive.

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different! Because of this, colours on your finished item may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
