Don't worry if you haven't got everything worked out before contacting us. You absolutely do not need to turn up with a finished design.

The process is simple:

4. We'll create your artwork
Your design will be prepared and you'll receive a digital proof to review.
5. You approve it
We'll make agreed adjustments until you're happy with the final design.
6. Then we make it ❤️
Nothing will be printed or pressed onto your shirt until you've approved the final artwork.
💷 HOW PRICING WORKS
Because these shirts are genuinely bespoke, there isn't one fixed price that fairly covers every order.
Your quotation will depend on things such as:
- The base shirt selected
- The amount and size of personalisation
- Artwork requirements
- Additional design work
- Logo creation or custom illustration, where required
We'll provide your full quotation for approval before garment ordering or production begins.
No surprise extras halfway through.
🎨 YOUR DESIGN PROOF
Once we've agreed your requirements, we'll create your artwork and send you a digital proof.
This gives you the opportunity to check names, wording, colours, positioning and the overall design before production.
Nothing will be printed or pressed until you've approved the final artwork. ❤️
Please remember that your proof is a digital representation of your design rather than a photograph of the finished garment.
🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME
Once your chosen shirt has been sourced and your final artwork approved, we'll get to work personalising it in our L&L studio.
Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval and receipt of the chosen garment for personalisation and preparation for despatch.
📦 DELIVERY
Once complete, your darts shirt will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the agreed delivery address.
We'll let you know when it's on its way. ❤️
