✨ HOW TO PERSONALISE

1. Choose your product options.
2. Upload the photographs or artwork you'd like us to work with.

3. Tell us about the person, their favourite drink, hobbies, clothing or other details you'd like incorporated.

4. Add any names or wording exactly as you'd like them to appear.

5. Add any additional instructions you think will help us bring your idea together.

6. Check everything carefully before adding your tumbler to your basket.

For the best results, please upload the highest-quality photographs or artwork you have available.

If we spot anything that may affect the finished design, we'll get in touch before proceeding.

✨ LET'S GET IT JUST RIGHT

Before we start creating your finished tumbler, we want to make sure you're happy!

We'll email your design proof within 48 hours of your order being placed. You can approve it or let us know what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you until the artwork is just right.

We won't begin personalising your glass until you've given us final approval. ❤️

Your proof is a digital representation of your artwork rather than a photograph of the finished glass.

🛠️ PRODUCTION TIME

Once you've approved your final design proof, we'll get to work creating your personalised tumbler in our L&L studio.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from final artwork approval for your order to be personalised, checked and prepared for despatch.

📦 DELIVERY

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and despatched via InPost to the billing address provided with your order.

We'll let you know when your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. ❤️

🐾 GIVE YOUR GLASS A LITTLE TLC

Your personalised glass deserves a little TLC to help keep it looking its best.

Dishwasher Safe: NO

Gently hand wash using warm water and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or scrubbing directly over the personalised design.

Allow the glass to dry thoroughly before storing.

We recommend hand washing rather than placing your personalised glass in the dishwasher.

Because personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, our usual returns conditions may be a little different.

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but every screen is a little different! Because of this, colours on your finished item may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
